KölnBusiness welcomes new companies to Cologne

Hardly any other city combines business and lifestyle as closely as Köln does: hard location factors such as an innovative startup-scene and excellent infrastructure go hand in hand with cultural openness and joy of life.

An exciting mix, far beyond Cologne’s borders. We recently had the pleasure to welcome international companies and startups which have decided to settle down in Cologne in the past few years.

Together with the Deputy Mayor for Urban Development, Economy, Digitalisation and Regional Affairs, André Haack, our CEO Dr Manfred Janssen provided the attending companies with an overview of Cologne’s exciting urban development plans.

Aydin Kücük, Managing Director of Monrol, joined us for an exclusive interview. The Turkish biotechnology company will be building a 4.500 square meter production facility in Cologne-Immendorf, investing an estimated 30 million euros in Cologne.

Check out our gallery for an impression of the event.
