By sharpening our focus based on the Business Model Canvas, developing a strong strategy, and learning to prioritize the main drivers for scaling, we gained a clear direction for growth. The program highlighted the importance of execution and resource management, and with their guidance, we created a roadmap that allowed us to achieve numerous goals within just three months, which we initially thought would take a year. The networking opportunities and ecosystem connections fostered by the program have been crucial in setting us up for long-term success.
