Expo Real: Cologne with 24 partners and new stand

From 4 to 6 October, Cologne and the region will be presenting themselves at Europe's largest trade fair for real estate and investment - Expo Real in Munich. As in the past, KölnBusiness is organising the stand together with the Association of the Cologne/Bonn Region and the City of Bonn. This year, 24 Cologne partners are also supporting the stand in Munich. These include residential and commercial property developers, investors, service providers and local authorities. Visitors to Expo Real can expect a completely new exhibition stand from Cologne and its partners - a 'marketplace of opportunities' with open communication space covering more than 500 square metres. A loft will be available for meetings in an even more personal environment. As in previous years, the stand is located in Hall B2, Stand 440-540.

Growth despite the crisis

Despite the difficult economic conditions for the real estate sector, Cologne continues to grow: There are currently around 200 development projects in the planning or under construction in the city - around 80 of which are predominantly commercial. Cologne currently has 8.1 million square metres of office space. By 2030, up to 735,000 square metres of new office space will have been built and 25,000 additional office workers will be working in the city.
