KölnBusiness and partners launch Impact.Cologne

A new initiative called "Impact.Cologne" has been launched in Cologne. It will provide Cologne companies and startups with targeted and comprehensive support in their efforts to act in a sustainable and climate-friendly manner. Current projects, events and services and can be found on the newly created website www.impact.cologne.

Impact.Cologne was launched under the auspices of KölnBusiness with partners from various sectors and fields. The aim of the initiative is to offer companies, founders and investors in Cologne a central and comprehensive contact point for the topics of sustainability and climate protection. The patron of the initiative is NRW Economics Minister Mona Neubaur.

Knowledge exchange and cooperation

KölnBusiness acts as an office that receives enquiries and forwards them to partner experts as required. In this way, companies, founders, and investors benefit from Cologne's close-knit knowledge network and establish new contacts with potential cooperation partners. In addition, the Impact.Cologne partners organise regular events on a rotating basis to address different target groups and needs.

Impact.Cologne has a total of 13 founding members. These include companies (COLABOR, evolutiq Impact Advisory GmbH, Forum Food & Nachhaltigkeit, GAG Immobilien AG, Good24 and Volksbank Köln Bonn eG), universities (CBS International Business School, Gateway Excellence Start-up Center of the University of Cologne, Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln, TH Köln as well as Fit for Invest and Gateway Gründungsnetz e.V.), initiatives (Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Rheinland and SmartCity Cologne) and municipal stakeholders (KölnBusiness).
